I found a teacher website for Ms. Allison Robinson, a high school English and AP English at Dale Public Schools in Oklahoma. Her page is quite organized and filled with so much information. She has a profile page where it states where she went to college and what degrees she holds. There is also her contact information (like her email and classroom number). She has a calendar, a section to submit homework, class syllabi, lesson plans, notes, and more. A feature I thought was cool was her E-Notes sign up where students enter their name, phone number, email address, and which of her classes they are in so that they can receive updates about said class.

I definitely think I would use a website builder, like Wix, to create a class website that is easy for students and parents to navigate. I could put important information like a schedule, newsletter, and contact information. I would also want to use Canvas or Google Classroom to keep the class and schedule of assignments super organized. I think it is important as we move education more and more online that we find tools that accomplish goals and are easy to use.

My experience using PBWorks and creating a wiki was great! It was a super easy tool to navigate and I did not have a difficult time creating multiple pages and then editing them. I also liked the collaborative effort of the wiki and the fact that multiple people could be working on it at the same time. One thing I did not like was how plain the wiki is. There is not much room to be super creative, as it is a more informative and straightforward tool.
